Taking A Good Look Taking an in-depth look at the attitudes of your employees and customers provides management with a sobering look at the realities of their organization and the market it serves. Internal (company) and External (customer/client) Audit surveys are jointly developed by the organization's management team and Human Performance Technologies. All surveys are conducted on a one-on-one, autonomous basis and are highly confidential. No names are associated with audit results. Once the audit is completed a baseline measurement is set and a report is delivered to management with a corresponding discussion of the results and recommendations for future improvement. Three to six months later, the same audit is conducted in order to measure improvement.

"When I was asked to help the author with his new EMPOWERMENT book, I thought it would be the typical editing and graphic design project. However, the more I read the more intrigued I became and the more I realized how important this information could actually be if I applied it to my own life. I made a commitment to do it and after thirty days of faithful practice I felt I was truly headed toward my goals. After sixty days I felt a transformation was taking place and after ninety days it had literally changed my life.
Thank you Michael for the profound contribution you have made to my life."
